We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our financial education products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

This satisfaction guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the product.
  3. For digital products, you must demonstrate that you have made a reasonable effort to implement the strategies or use the materials provided.
  4. For physical products, the items must be returned in their original condition, including all accompanying materials, accessories, and packaging.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. For digital products, explain how you have used the product and why it did not meet your expectations.
  4. For physical products, our team will provide instructions for returning the items.

All refund requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Product-Specific Refund Policies

Digital Products

For digital products (e-books, digital courses, downloadable worksheets, etc.):

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
  • We may ask for feedback on how you used the materials and why they didn't meet your expectations.
  • Upon refund, your access to the digital materials will be revoked.

Physical Products

For physical products (printed books, workbooks, etc.):

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and materials.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged items, wrong items shipped, etc.).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Combined Digital and Physical Products

For products that include both digital and physical components:

  • The physical components must be returned following the guidelines above.
  • Access to digital components will be revoked upon processing of the refund.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Digital products where there is evidence of substantial download, use, or consumption of the materials.
  • Physical products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Products purchased as part of a bundle or special promotion, where the promotional value has been utilized.
  • Custom or personalized financial plans or assessments.

However, we evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions under certain circumstances, at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

For damaged items, we may ask for photographs of the damage to help us improve our packaging and shipping processes.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds for digital products will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds for physical products will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Mobile money refunds typically process within 48 hours.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • Other circumstances where the return is due to our error

In cases where we cover return shipping, our Customer Support team will provide instructions for arranging return shipping at our expense.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • For product bundles where only some components are being returned
  • For products that are returned incomplete or with missing components
  • For products that show signs of use but still qualify for return under our satisfaction guarantee

The amount of a partial refund will be determined based on the value of the components being returned and their condition.

Cancellations

Orders for physical products can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

For digital products, once you have gained access to the materials, the purchase cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Educational Nature of Products

Our products are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific financial results. Refunds will not be issued solely based on lack of financial results or outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to your implementation of the strategies, market conditions, your personal financial situation, and the time and effort you invest.
